Thank you for choosing The One Dive Center. We are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for our products and services within Kuwait. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently offer shipping within Kuwait only.

  • Delivery is available to all governorates and major cities in Kuwait.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days, depending on the location and courier service.

  • Deliveries are made between 9 AM – 9 PM (excluding public holidays and Fridays).

3. Shipping Fees

  • A standard delivery fee applies to all orders.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount, as per ongoing promotions.

  • Any additional charges (e.g., remote area fees) will be communicated before confirmation.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

  • Customers will receive a confirmation message with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

  • Our team will provide updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability, our courier will attempt one more delivery.

  • After two failed attempts, the order may be canceled or require additional delivery fees.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, based on the issue.

7. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

8. Legal Compliance & Customer Rights

  • Our shipping policy complies with Kuwait Consumer Protection Laws, ensuring customer rights are protected.

  • In case of disputes, customers may contact the Consumer Protection Department in Kuwait.
